Stranger Things: Regulation of Interdimensional Portals
This committee takes place two years after the events of the series finale. In the aftermath of the apparent victory over Vecna and the closing of the gates, Hawkins, Indiana, enters a period of uneasy peace that the townspeople quickly learn to call “The Quiet.” The sky is no longer torn with red fissures, the earth no longer bleeds, and official reports describe the recent events as “seismic anomalies” that are now fully contained.

Gabby Santemma: Hi, delegates! I’m Gabby Santemma. I’ve been involved in MUN since 7th grade and this is my fourth EthicalMUN as a chair! I’ve always loved MUN because you get to meet so many cool, new people! Outside of Model UN, I love anything to do with music, whether that be singing, playing piano, or listening to a good playlist. I’m looking forward to meeting all of you and hearing your solutions to the crisis!

Sylvia Weinberg: Hi, I am a junior and this is my 3rd year doing MUN. I’m so excited for this conference!
Brooke Bezoza: Hi! My name is Brooke and I am a senior. I started doing Model UN as a freshman in high school, and have loved being part of the club. Ethical MUN is my favorite part of the club every year, and I am so excited to be apart of it! Outside of MUN, I love to knit, read, and ski.
Farah Mahmud: Hi everyone! My name is Farah, I’m a junior, and I’m so excited to be a part of the crisis team for the Stranger Things committee! I’ve been going to Fieldston and Ethical Culture since Pre-K, and I've been in MUN since middle school. I can’t wait to get to know all of you and make this experience just as fun for you as it has been for me!
